Squirrels and deer love “Matsutake”. (Japanese best mushroom).

松鼠和鹿很喜欢「松蘑」。松蘑是日本最好的蘑菇。

北海道は急に寒くなりました。

まもなく初雪の便りがきます。

今週は投資よりマツタケ。

山の実りは薄く、鹿やリスなどの強豪も交えた奪い合い。

厳しい戦いでしたが、多少テークしました。

First snow of the season comes soon.

In this week, we went to taking “MATSUTAKE” (The Japanese best mushroom); this is best important now.

“MATSUTAKE” is Japanese soulful mushroom and very expensive in Japan.

In this year, mountain harvest was worst and our competitors were squirrels and deer.

The battle was very hard and we took some “MATSUTAKE”.

これぞ究極・マツタケのすき焼き/This is the best “MATSUTAKE SUKIYAKI”.

鹿が食べたマツタケ/A deer ate “MATSUTAKE”.
