「難局を担任して犬養内閣成立す・きのふ午後二時親任式挙行・外相は一時首相兼摂」「難局打開の第一着手・金輸再禁止断行・きのふ初閣議で決定・即日公布施工さる」
金貨幣又は金地金を輸出せんとする者は大蔵大臣の許可を受くべし前項の規定に違反する者は三カ月以下の懲役又は百円以下の罰金に処す一、地金として販売し又は使用する目的を以て金貨幣を蒐集鋳潰したる者の罪亦前項に同じ

President TSUYOSHI INUKAI was shot and died in 05/15/1932.
