this suggest steadiness<a href=\"https:\/\/www.retar.jp\/?m=20121016\">(See 10\/16\/2012 report).<\/a><\/font><\/p>\n<p><font color=\"#008080\">The next wave target is 23.85 point and this price cut 12\/27\/2012 low (26.145 point).<\/font><\/p>\n<p><font color=\"#008080\">We think the first scenario is not reaching the target price, but if cut it, this may become a big fall.<\/font><\/p>\n<p><font color=\"#008080\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.retar.jp\/rtmain\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/10\/CHART15.png\" target=\"_blank\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" style=\"border-right-width: 0px;
