日経ベリタス10/16号の2ページ目には、「日銀が長期金利をゼロ％で固定することは可能か」との質問に60％の金融機関が「可能」と答えています。

本日はこの範囲について考えてみたいと思います。

「ゼロ程度で推移」でなくなれば、金利の制御は不可能になったとみることができます。

日銀は「金利のコントロールができなくなりました。万歳」とは多分言ってくれません。

金利のちょっとした値のように見えますが、「ゼロ程度」定義づけは大変重要な要素だとみています。

In NIKKEI VERITAS 10/16/2016 edition says 60 % of financial institutions say “BOJ can control Zero around”.

Today, we survey the mean of “Zero around”.

If the price will go out of the range, this is the meaning of “Out of control”.

Probably, BOJ will say “We cannot control interest rate, “BANZAI””.

This range and price movement is very narrow range but this range meaning is important.

 

日銀の「長短金利操作付き量的・質的金融緩和」の新しい枠組みは、2016/09/21から実施されています。

「今年前半の時点ではゼロ以下になるとは思えなかったものが、ゼロ以下になったのに慣れたわけです。」と2016/09/22のレポートで報告しています。

しかしながら、「ゼロ程度」とは言っても、プラス圏がある点を考慮する必要があるとみています。

ならば、単純に考えると、ゼロを挟み上下に均等の値幅があると考えるのが自然です。

現在の「ゼロ程度」の定義とは、0.1ポイントから-0.1ポイントの間を指すのではないかとにらんでいます。

さらに深堀すれば、その分だけ上限も修正されていくのかもしれません。

"Quantitative and Qualitative Monetary Easing with Yield Curve Control" (BOJ) was started in 09/21/2016.

We reported “We thought “Below zero is unnatural” at that time but now is daily usual” in 09/22/2016.

But, now we need to take into our consideration the price may go “Above Zero”.

The best natural is there is same range up and down side; “Beside Zero”.

The latest meaning of “Zero around” seems to be from 0.1 point to -0.1 point.

When the price will go lower, the range will expand.

160ポイントはキリの良いところなので、日本時間15時のレートに注目していきたい局面です。

The notable point in Dollar based NIKKEI 225 is keeping 160 point over or not.

160point is “Round Number” and we need to watch the Japanese market close price.

 

日経225クローズとドル円のNYクローズの値段から算出しています。

昨日までのデータで作成しています。

メジャーの45度線を切らないため、引き続き強気です。

2016/09/02に「21枠持ち合いからの3倍返しのターゲットは188ポイントです」と報告しています。

しかしながら、新高値をつけられず下落に転じると、「超えられず」の下落となるため、天井の型となってもまったく納得です。

まずは、ドルベースの運用なら「売っとこう」または「ポジションクローズ」と思う局面です。

Today is about Dollar based NIKKEI 225 daily.

We calculate Nikkei 225 closed price and Dollar/Yen NY close price.

The market price does not cut the major 45 degree support and this means bullish signal

We reported “The target price is 188 point. (21boxes steadiness and 3 times move)” in 09/02/2016.

But in anyway, if the market price cannot take a new high and fall, this will mean bearish signal in Dow Theory.

If you were running dollar based operation, we would sell or close our position.

 

「次の動きは大きそう」なチャートフェースであり、トレンドを見極める「辛抱の時」とみています。

例えば、サポートされた後、新高値からの買い、または、45度線割れからの戻りからの売りなど、トレンドを見極めて乗っていきたい局面です。

We think next movement will be a big deal and now is a waiting time.

Our examples are two cases.

First is the support will work and the price will take a new high; this will be bullish case.

Second is the price will cut the major 45 degree support and will recover and 160 point will work as resistance; this will be bearish case.
