本日の北海道新聞「現代かわら版」という記事に外国人が受けたインタビューにこのような一節がありました。
「僕らは箱の中にいるようなもの（日本に居住する意味）です。国道３６号を渡って南に行くとススキノがあるけど、『英語がわかりません』と入店を断る飲食店が多い。だから限られた落ち着く店に行くのです」
私は日本人として恥ずかしいことだと思いました。観光立国を目指す国として情けない。
外国人の皆様に不自由な思いを感じていただいているのは本当に悲しいことです。
私たちは外国人の皆様のお力になりたいと何時も考えています。
Today, Hokkaido SHINBUN (Hokkaido newspaper) article “GENDAI KAWARABAN” says an interview from a foreigner.
“We are in a shadow box. (living in Japan) I go across the 36th country road toward south direction, we can reach SUSUKINO. But many shops prohibit drinking, because they say “I can not understand English”. So we can only go limited calm drinking shop.”
It is shameful as Japanese. Despite we aim to make a country a travel destination!
The fact that many foreigners feel inconvenient in Japan is very sadly fact for me.
We always think that we can do something for foreigners.

The rate goes the most outer side resistance, and goes down side.
The rate can not over recent high rate 2.79. So we think the trend may not change.
